RETURNING A PART: All new items may be returned if reported to us within 5 business days from receipt for refund. All new returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the cost of order. Freight charges are non-refundable and return freight is at the expense of the purchaser. Items claimed for return after 5 days but within 30 days of receipt are valid for exchange or store credit and still subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the cost of item. Cash back return requests after 5 days from purchase but no more than 60 days, may be granted at discretion of the manufacturer at a 25% restocking fee, but not guaranteed. No items over 60 days of receipt are valid for return, unless exchanged through our defective exchange policy. If you have ordered the wrong part and exchange that part through our service, only 10% restocking will be applied against your credit to cover the expenses of the return.
INCORRECT PARTS: If you receive the wrong part, report it within 5 business days to by clicking our live-chat icon found in our site header. This function will contact our support department and connect you to a live operator between 9am-5pm EST, or take a message after-hours on your behalf. Service fees and terms for refunds are stated above. RadiatorGroup.com does not guarantee the fit of any item ordered by illustration or description on our site. Due to the complicated nature of industrial and agricultural products all items are listed as is. We do suggest that you search for your product via the OEM (dealer part number) to ensure proper match as well as inspect the picture and dimensions prior to purchasing. If you need assistance verifying the fit of an item, contact sales prior to ordering.
REFUNDS: Credits and refunds are processed through our manufacturing warranty and return procedures. Credits will take from 2-6 weeks to complete, pending on the speed at which the item it returned. Service fees are listed above.
WARRANTY: Our Radiators are warranted for a period of one year from date of installation. Radiators are guaranteed to be free of faults in materials, construction, and workmanship, and to perform satisfactorily provided that the radiator is correctly mounted for the right application. The engine block and general cooling system must be free from rust, sludge and foreign matter and the radiator shroud must be properly positioned and in working order to make this warranty effective. Any radiator claimed defective must be returned to our nearest distribution center, transportation prepaid. We will not be responsible for radiators damaged through carelessness or abuse. If inspection proves the radiator to be defective, a replacement will be provided. Any attempts at local repairs automatically cancels this limited warranty. We also will not be responsible for any labor costs incurred by anyone who purchases an item from us for any reason.
