RETURNING A PART: All new items may be returned if reported to us within 30 business days from receipt for refund and accompanied with a store issued RMA. All new returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the cost of order. Freight charges are non-refundable.  Return and reshipment freight is at the expense of the purchaser.  Cash back return requests after 30 days from purchase but no more than 60 days, may be granted at discretion of the manufacturer at a 25% restocking fee, but not guaranteed.   No items over 60 days of receipt are valid for return, unless exchanged through our defective exchange policy. All radiators requiring custom builds, custom modifications at the factory, or custom parts that will be modified upon receipt are non-returnable.  If you have ordered the wrong part and exchange that part through our service, only 10% restocking will be applied against your credit to cover the expenses of the return.
 
INCORRECT PARTS:  ALL Items listed on our website as sold AS IS.  We guarantee ONLY that the item sold will be exactly as pictured and listed online (measurements).  We provide OEM numbers on many listings and suggest our users confirm those numbers if unable to measure prior to purchase.  Incorrectly ordered items (non fits) can be returned as long as accompanied by the original packaging freight prepaid (We do not reimburse for return freight, original freight charges will be non refundable).  We accept no liability for the fit of the items on this website and mention this to make it 100% clear to you, our customer, how important it is to check the dealer original (OEM) number, pictures and measurements prior to purchase.  Our sales staff is available 10-6pm EST to help you determine product fit.

REFUNDS: Credits and refunds are processed through our manufacturing warranty and return procedures.  Credits will take from 2-6 weeks to complete, pending on the speed at which the item it returned.  Service fees are listed above.
 
WARRANTY: Our Radiators are warranted for a period of one year from date of receipt.  Radiators are guaranteed to be free of faults in materials, construction, and workmanship, and to perform satisfactorily provided that the radiator is correctly mounted for the right application.  The engine block and general cooling system must be free from rust, sludge and foreign matter and the radiator shroud must be properly positioned and in working order to make this warranty effective. All physical damages (cracks, dings etc) void warranty.  Any radiator claimed defective must be returned to our nearest distribution center, transportation prepaid.  We will not be responsible for radiators damaged through carelessness or abuse.  If inspection proves the radiator to be defective, a replacement will be provided at cost of shipment only.  Any attempts at local repairs automatically cancels this limited warranty.  We also will not be responsible for any labor costs incurred by anyone who purchases an item from us for any reason.  Most customers will reorder a replacement, use the replacement box to package the claim and ship at their expense to the location issued by our staff for inspection.  Once approved, the customer's credit card will be refunded the cost of the unit, minus shipment.  No purchase is neccessary for warranty.  Request a store issued RMA and receive a return address.  Ship the item back at customer expense for inspection and pay only the return shipping/handling once approved.
 
RETURN SHIPPING:  All return and reshipment freight costs are at the expense of the purchaser.  No prepaid returns are available through this service.
